Loose Hood S70 1998

Hello,
The hood on my 1998 S70 T5 moves up and down while driving at highway speeds. It seems to be only on the driver's side. I opened the hood and made sure it was closed properly but I have noticed it popping up and down only a couple of days later. Is this common? Does the latch just need adjustment or am I looking at a new latch?
