Not so fast with the glue!!!! 850 1993

I had the same problem with my '94 854 when I had to fix the wiring for the vanity mirrors. If you notice on the 4 corners of the plastic mirrors, there are 4 pegs that fit into holes in the visor's metal plate. You need to bend these tabs on the metal plate so they hold the pegs tight when the plastic mirror assembly when it is pushed into the visor. Once you look at it you'll know what I mean. I would not think of using glue, because you may have to remove the mirror again someday.
