What is up with my foglight bulbs? S70 2000

Thanks David...I dont know if I want to get all in the re-wiring...the car has only 19k on it and still under warranty and when you do mods...you get into a very gray area with the dealer and warranty stuff...maybe Volvos bulbs suck...Im sure I can get any bulb at an auto store...but what brand...thanks again
