Hi all. Maryland just announced that they will now use OBDII port for it's emmissions test for all cars '96 and newer.This will preclude the rolling dynomometer. As my car is pre-'96,'94-850T w/OBDII; I'll use dyno.
I was wondering about scan tools such as Equus 3100.This does NOT reset "service light"! How can I without a specific tool? "whilst'.
BTW,"Salvo Auto Parts"sells 3100 model for $129.99!
