Won't take fuel when really hot... S70 2000

During summer with outside temp > 95 degrees and running the A/C for a while at highway speeds (75 mph for more then 2 hours) then after stopping to put in gas the gas tank overflows after 1-2 gallons even when near empty! Never have problem when cold - sometimes hose is difficult to get just the right fit into gas tank (seems to need wigglying and moving around a bit to get a good fit). Dealer couldn't find problem - someone suggested a fuel pressure problem. Tried 3 different service stations but could only get gas to go in without overflowing after letting car cool down for a couple of hours (didn't try less time). Has happened 4 different times - all when tank is less then 1/2 full. Used same gas station, gas hose, and gas hose position into tank that always works when car is cold.

What is going on? Now I'm afraid to take it on long trips during the summer.
