All solenoids are attached to the valve body, under the oil pan located towards the front of the car, internal.
The speed sensor (early 850s only) was external and attached to the rear side, diff area (r. side upper closest to firewall, above r. drive axle). Newer 850s (maybe '95ish?) didn't have speed sensors, gets speed signal from ABS.
