Need Child Seat Installation Advice 850 1995

I need to install a Child Seat in the back seat of my 850. I purchased a Britax Roundabout child seat and a rubber seat saver mat. After installing, the seat does not seem to be all that secure. The seat belts do not have a locking mechanism like many of the Japanese autos where you pull the belt all the way out then slowly release the belt to force the belt in a ratcheted locking position. I am using this metal clip which help secure the belt a bit better but I can still pull the bottom of the seat out forward pretty easily. Is there a retrofit available to have the seatbelts lock? Any other advice would be appreciated.
