In the last 6 weeks or so I've had an intermetent ABS light. Sometimes when I start the car, it stays on. (it always is the last light to go out)

yesterday, it did it again, and this was the first time that simply restarting the car didn't fix the light.

Also yesterday, the turn signals completely failed to function during hte time the light was on

is there a common ground or fuse that might relate to the problem?
