Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 size:205 50 ZR16

Hi,

Today, I put new shoes on my beast. I finally decided to get rid of those worn out Good Year Eagle RSA's and replace my rubber with something more to my driving style. I read most of the comments posted on here and at tirerack.com and bought the Kumhos.

The deciding factor is price over performance. I got a Z rated tire for the price of a T rated touring wheel. I haven't had a chance to test it to the limit yet - but I like what I have seen so far. The tire isn't loud - and it takes a lot to make it screech on a turn. I'll post a report after I go for a ride later.

The Question - I had stock 205/55/R16's on there before. I have put on 205 / 50/R16's now - what is the difference that the tire size will make as far as speedo readings? Can the tire size be set anywhere to compensate?
