Antifreeze soaked in the carpet S70 1998

The dealership changed an evaporator for my A/C and damaged the heater core in the process. For those of you who don't know, the dash has to come completely out for the replacement. Well to make a long story short that did replace my heater core and I took a roadtrip and low and behold when I get home I can under the seat and yes you guess it, the carpet on the driver's side was soak w/antifreeze. Needless to say I was pissed!

Among the other things not fixed in the repair was no cruise control, no headlights and brightlights. Talk about incompetent.

In my opinion all new carpet should be replaced and not cleaned. Do you guys agree? I don't think antifreeze will clean up too good.

There's not another dealer near me in Northwest Indiana so if anyone has any shops in the area that do excellent work on Volvo's, I would greatly appreciate the recommendations. Lucky the work was performed under an extended warranty!
