2001 V70 talks to me?

Well Hello all, this is the first time I have asked for ideas. We purchased this V70 last July (25th) and have enjoyed it. Altho I must say I still have a spot in my heart for my older '91 940GLE. But anyway. In the last 3 weeks, the newby has started to sigh, then to moan and now to have a very loud moan or groan sound. For the past 10 days it has been in the mid to high 80's & 90's, and the a/c is set at 76. This is an intermittant sound, when I let up on the gas, as at a light, it starts for several seconds when I accelirate, or when going up a long steep incline. Car doesn't seem to loose power. It almost sounds like a vacuum door closing under the dash. I have asked the dealership, but as normal, they haven't a clue. If anybody has any ideas or an approach to solving this, I would appreciate it.

Will pay in advance with a joke. Guy walks by a retirement home, andsees nine ladies lounging out in front. A closer look shows they are all naked. He get the manager, and asks does he know what is going on. Manager replys he knows about it, seems they are retired prostitutes, and are having a yard sale.

Thanks for your ideas.

Sam in Cinci.
