Few questions on an 850 850

I have a few questions on an 850:

1) Do the caps that cover the nuts for the rotors pop out or screw off? What is the best tool to remove them? What is the proper torque setting for the nuts that hold the rotors on?

2) I notice engine noise in the radio (both AM and FM and more noticable at higher speeds - maybe from the ASC feature). I also hear a poping noise in the radio when I depress the brakes. What can be causing this electrical crosstalk?

3) There is also a buzzing noise that eminates from the hazard button area when I use the turn signals. However, the turn signal and hazards still function properly. Any ideas what causing this? Could it be a relay that may be going bad?

No major problems here - just minor annoyances.

Thanks for your help.
