Rookie Needs Answers! 850 1994

Just trying to learn here and after scouring these boards for a month now these are my questions:

If I do replace the grille of my 850 with the mesh how do I re-attach the factory sash across the new grille? Anyone have problems with the new latch breaking and not being able to open your hood?

Can I replace my amber signaled tail lights with those of a newer model to make them clear?

Does anyone know what size all the door speakers are in the 854? Haven't really felt like taking the cover off, sorry?

I replaced my O2 sensor last week under rhino ramps and it took me 2.5 hours. How long would it take me to replace the timing belt as I have no records on this car? Safe vs. Sorry.

After replacing the air filter to a K&N does anyone have any recogmendations as to what my next step should be to get 20-35 HP for a tag of 750 or less. Is exhaust a gimmie or are there a few smaller jobs that could do it? With that question in mind I am about to have my cooling system replaced: I've had the car a month >:(. Whould this be a grand ol' time to do aftermarket mods. in that area of the engine?

As if that wasn't enough. . . . should I be replacing my factory radiator with a Nissens or what?

Sorry so nosey, whoever has the answers has my appreciation!
