Squealing Noise in Right Front Side 850 1995

Hello everyone, purchased my 850 wagon (not turbo) 3 months ago, has 52k mi.
Dealer repaired the real main seal leak and also put in a new timing belt.
Due to bring in under warranty from the dealer for any problems. I noticed that I had approx 5" x 5" circle of oil under the mid front area, called dealer and he said he would have to have rear main seal repaired again. Also, I have noticed a sporadic squeeling like noise coming from the Right front side, almost sounds like a belt..can last 15 sec to 3 min and anywhere from 30 to 60 mph. Anyone have a clue? Also, is it unusual to have to repair the rear main seal again so soon? Thanks
