sunroof lubricant S70 1998

Well, others might not agree here BUT I use whatever's handy and what seems to work, no specific "best sunroof lube" to my knowledge. I assume it's either slower than normal or making noise? Silicone spray works well for the outer seal area where it rubs against the roof body and something like spray white grease works OK for the tracks sliding surface.
