AC problems 850 1993

heres the latest on my ac/fan problem...

put a new fan relay in just to make sure it wasnt that...didnt fix it.
i checked the fan, put some power to it...works fine (should have tried that before the i got the relay).

now...i have 2 things it might be.
1. the resistor pack. 2. the power stage.

heres my question/s...

does anyone know what the resistor pack looks like?
does anyone know what the power stage looks like?
what the heck is a power stage?

also in my repair book the schematic doesnt show the powerstage (i dont think). It MIGHT but it doesnt call it a power stage.

also...with the errors below...does that mean my damper motors are shot? or will the errors go away once i fix the 4-1-8 error? is there any trick to fixing the 2-*-* errors im getting?

2-1-1 Driver's side damper motor position sensor open circuit or shorted to 12 volts.
2-3-5 Recirculation damper motor position sensor open ciruit or shorted to 12 volts.
4-1-8 No control signal to blower fan power stage.
