Winter tires for V40 S40-V40 2001

I have just purchased a 2001 V40 and will be selling my trusted 1990 745T. Last fall, I purchased new winter tires for the 745 (195/65 15). My question is as follows: Will these winter tires work on my new V40, recognizing that I would have to get new rims for the tires? Would I void any warranties on the car with 195/65's winter tires instead of 195/60's?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
