New v70's V70-XC70 2001

Purchased a 2001 V70 T5 a few months ago. It is spouse's primary transportation. Purchased it new in May 2002. It had been sitting on the dealer's lot for over a year so the price was pretty good. I guess nobody else wanted a Classic Red wagon with cloth seats, but it suits us just fine. While the steering is a little vague and the torque steer in 1st and 2nd gear is disconcerting, it is a wonderful car to drive. Oh, yes and it is fast! It replaced a dearly loved '97 850 sedan that was totaled in a traffic accident. BTW the 850 was totaled but my wife, the driver, was only scratched by airbags, bruised by seatbelts, and scared. The Volvo did its job and was sacrificed to protect the occupant.
