Rear bearings causing noise?? V70-XC70 2001

It feels like I have a new car. They replaced both rear hubs/bearings and the car is quieter then I ever remember it being. I think the bearings have been causing noise for a long time. Of course I have the new tires on it and they are definitely quieter then the OEM Pirellis. The service manager said it is not a "common" problem but they do see a few cars with bearing problems at low mileage. Good luck with yours and safe driving.
