PCV gases blowby ? How to diagnose ? Is this serious ? Worried..... 850

Ok...here is the question/problem....
blowby gases are coming up from my oil dipstick tube...I checked the vacuum, flame trap, hoses, breather box (blew into the hose leading to it and it seems ok). I know that all engines produce blowby gases that are supposed to be taken care of by the PCV, but is it normal to see the gas coming out from the oil dipstick tube ? The gases are also coming out from the hose leading to the flame trap housing (as they are supposed to be)....One interesting and strange thing is that if the vacuum hose from the flame trap housing is removed, the gases are visible, if the hose is plugged in it seems to suck all the blowby gases in...nothing is coming out from the flame trap housing...I thought that the vacuum was supposed to get the gases going but not to suck them out....
Any comments about any of the above are greatly appreciated....
It makes me worried about my car...
THANKS !
