T5R Decision 850

I am looking at a 95 T5R with 140k miles, with an asking price of 7900 obo. It is a one owner vehicle with all up-to-date service recs. The only thing that turns me away from this bargain is the high mileage. Assuming the car has been maintained well since new, how much longer will this car last? Is it not a good idea purchasing a T5R with so many miles? I need to get a car fast so decisions have to be made.
