Boost Pressure for 1998 V70 T-5M

Now that I have installed my VDO boost gauge, I have checked my max pressure when I open her up. Assuming the gauge is reading accurately and I have no leaks in the tubing, the most I see is +10 PSI.

I have not done the ECU upgrade and have the stock air filter and exhaust.

Is 10 PSI what I should expect to see?
