Replacing 2001 V40 centre console with 2002 version S40-V40

I have a 2001 V40 which, other than the little crap that seems to constantly go wrong with it, performs well enough. My query is: can the back half of 2001 centre console with the stupid rolling cover thingy--which I have already replaced once--be replaced with the 2002 version with the decent cup holders?

If so, is there a place I can purchase one online? I suspect the two screws at the back of it in front of the rear seat cup holder, will pop out the old and put in the new. The dealer wants north of C$300 ($200) to do this. Must be a cheaper option.

Thanks for any and all answers.

BTW, what were they thinking with the 2001 cup holder in front of the heater knobs? Obviously not Canadians in winter...
