Oil leaking from dipstick 850 1996

Hi all,
Oil is being pushed out the dipstick opening on my '96-850 Turbo. The dipstick is pushed all the way in but it doesn't fit very tight. There is an "O" ring on it which may need to be replaced. I can't feel any vacuum at the opening when it is idling. Is there a check valve that may be bad, allowing the crankcase to pressureize when the turbo is active? If there is I can't locate it.
Has anyone had this problem and what did you do to fix it?

Thanks in advance for info,

Tom
