I guess I'm failing to see the point here. Are you surprized that "the great" BMW auto co. also has buyers who aren't thrilled with their costly rides too?
Every auto manufacturer has its share of owners who claim "lemon" for many various reasons and all of those "lemons" are eventually re-sold to others, not crushed as some might like to think. Usually, the second owner is happy about their new, used car as well (unlike the original owner).
