reprogram keyless entry V70-XC70 1998

Aloha all,

I am new to this board. Just got a used 98XC but doesn't come with keyless remote. I bought two used ones from ebay but have no idea how to program except to send them to dealer service which I heard is quite expensive. Could someone give me some advise on how to program a remote (Lock, unlock, trunk release, panic)to my 98XC, thank you very much.
