BULB FAILURE - POSITION LIGHT S60 2001

Maureen,

I have not seen a previous post on this and while I tried to find it I could not. So, I am not sure if you have tried the obvious which is replace the lightbulb. Mine (right rear position light, which is the light that is on when your car is on) just went out a few days ago and it was very simple procedure to replace it.

The socket is kind of long, whitish, about 4" long...all you have to do is pull it out, at the end you will see the burned lightbulb and replace it with a new one. No special tools or effort needed.
