Don't know if this will help, but I used it on my Ford p/u that smoked constantly and passed nicely.

It is sold at Checker Auto Parts--if you have that one, and is a fuel treatment that guarantees the vehicle will pass emissions on the first try. Put it in with an almost empty tank and once the emissions test is finished Immediately fill the tank. The name is something similar to "Pass Emissions" --sorry, it has been several years since I last used it. The container is the size of a fuel injector cleaner container.
