Fair price for a 1998 S70 2,5 SE S70 1998

Hi im about to buy a Volvo S70 2,5 SE , Automatic tranny...

The dealer and I have agreed on about $12K , ( 115000 SEK - Sweden )

The car has 130000km on it and is in good condition.

ECC and more equip...

Bad or good price... Ive seen other similar cars on ads they where around $14k

Soon to become a volvo owner?...
