Engine mods for N/A S-70 S70

Davedog00,

I also have a 1998 Volvo S70 NA.

The first thing you should do ( if you haven't ) is change the useless stock air filter to a K&N one. It makes a big improvement. As some of the people on this forum knows, I live up on steep hill. Previously with the stock air filter, I often encounter hestiation when going up the hill. Now, the engine
makes less noise, and is much quicker when going up the hill. Freeway entrance is now a fun thing.

Hope this helps,

--
