Reading codes with Palm V70-XC70

I remember seeing a long time ago a message about a program and a a cable link for a Palm to read the codes from an OBDII equipped Volvo.
Does anyone of you have this setup? Does it perform well? How much does it cost? Where can I find it?
Are there other alternatives (Not so expensive) to read the codes?
I have a 98 V70, latetly it started to look like a Christmas tree, I have to erase the codes (I don't know what code/codes) every 2 weeks and also the ABS started to come on every once in a while.
I am paying attention to tightening the gas cap but that doesn't seem to have an effect on the problem.
Thank you in advance.
