brake chatter

My '97 850 T5 develops severe chatter in the front brakes when they get hot, it's hot out, and are used on hills,or just as an effect of hard driving with hard using of the brakes. It's a "buzz" chatter, not an oscillation or cyclical pattern. Once it starts, it happens on the flats, going up hill, etc, until the brakes cool. i have new pads all around and the rotors were also cut when i had changed the pads.
Anybody have any info on chattering brakes for this vehicle, caused by heat load?
thanks ,adrian
