Howling from front of engine V70-XC70 1998

I have a 98 V70 T5 with 68K and sometimes when I start it in the morning I get a weird howling from the right front part of the engine. It only lasts a few minutes and goes away when the car warms up. I just had the Air pump replaced about 3,000 Miles ago. Any thoughts? Thanks
