Sunroof leak 850 1995

During the last couple of rains I've noticed my sunroof leaks. THe water will seep in and then stay inside the metal channel around the sunroof. Whenever I stop, break, or turn it will fall on my head. :) I guess I have a leak and was wonder what I need to replace and how hard is it to do.
