clicking while braking 850

a while ago i had the discs and pads on the front changed aswell as the outer cv joint only on the passenger side but now i'm getting a clicking noice when braking from the passenger side wheel.

this only happens when braking at a slow speed and when the brakes have warmed up.

would this happen if the cv joint was not pushed on far enough so the circlip that holds it on was not in its groove on the drive shaft???

any ideas thanks
