More ABS woes V70-XC70 1998

"Why doesn't Volvo recall these?!?"

Recalls are safety related and you can drive safely w/o ABS (like all my old cars for example). It's annoying and you could argue that ABS adds safety but the car is perfectly safe and drivable w/o functional ABS like all other cars w/o it.
