Being that I work for a dealership, I'm not sure if VCNA would take kindly to me copying and sending out their SBs and TNNs if it's not now publically available by them otherwise and I'm not about to test VCNA either. In a remote way, I work for those guys and need them to be on my side.
At least one of the guys at Volvospeed (Bay13) is also a Volvo dealer tech and I'm sure that he's also aware of the bulletin, has access to it as well. It's simply not up to me to go around asking others to post info at their sites, especially if he might get himself in any trouble with VCNA people who are aware of his sites existance.
