Any TSB's on rear light sockets? S70 1999

I already had the front turn signal sockets replaced under the recall, but now, our '99 S70 with 62k miles is blowing out the tail-light bulbs at a maddening pace. This summer, I've replaced both outboard bulbs, then an inboard bulb went out, and when I got the bulb for it, I saw that the other inboard bulb AND one of the outboard bulbs that I just replaced had burned out again.

When I whack the lens, the light comes on again, just like when I was in high school and had a '77 clunker.

Has anyone heard of any recalls or TSB's on the rear light sockets? nhtsa.gov didn't show any...
