Incorrect Fuel Gauge Reading??? 850

Hello All

The fuel gauges on my 96 850 Glt Non Turbo Wagon seem to be off by 1 1/1 to 2 gallons.

Usually when i fill the tank up (after the fuel light goes on) I can pump up to 16 or so gallons (16 1/2 if i really push it) but i know the tank capacity is 18 gallons, and the fuel gauge looks like it cannot go any lower.

Is this a common problem??? And is there an easy fix for this???

Any input would be appreciated

Thanks

Ali
