Should I be concerned?? 850

Steam is the key word. How much fluid did it take to fill the radiator? Seeing steam would worry me a bit, because, if the cap was off while driving the car, then all of that hot fluid has to go somewhere because there is no cap to keep it in the radiator and so it boils out, and if all you were seeing is steam--when there is steam present--there is no liquid remaining..

If you are lucky then all you have to do is refill. Maybe have it checked to be on the safe side. Also too, should something be wrong at least you know who did it.

Good luck.
