Manual transmission scraping/hissing 850

OK guys, i have tried to ask this question before but did not get too many answers.

Car is a 1996 850 GLT NA 150000km.
At low rpms, when you apply the accelerator, there is a scraping/grinding/hissing sound. No other problems with gearbox, smooth shifts.
Trans axles clunk a bit so they may need replacing, no problems with rubber covers. How do one tell which end is faulty? Could this cause the sound?

So what is the cause of this?
-Throw out bearing?
-Trans axle(s)?
-Pinjong bearing? I don't know the english word (from sweden)
-Worn gearbox gearing
-???

In need of help because i am going to do rear main seal and i want to do this at the same time.

/Pete
