Timing Belt Change S70

They changed the design for 1999, it's supposed to be changed WITH the tensioner at 105,000.

This is a common interval now, wife's Odyssey specifies the TB and serpentine belt at 105k, they obviously don't expect this to be changed frequently since the motor mount needs to be removed to change the belts! I changed mine ('98 T5) at 70k, as specified by Volvo, and plan to do the belt and tensioner at 140k. I may do the water pump, too, at that time.
