Volvo Part number for Vacuum rubber elbow; Inlet Manifold? 850 1994

Does anyone have the part number for the rubber vacuum elbow that connects to the inlet manifold near the power steering pump (1994 850 T5)? I contacted my Volvo Dealer and they reported that on their diagrams they could'nt see that there was one. I think that they want me to put my car in for the repair rather than just supply what I understand is a relatively cheap part! The elbow is the same one that Bay13 clearly shows on their excellent web site..

Also, does anyone know where this hose connects and how easy or difficult is it to remove the elbow without removing psteer pump or inlet manifold. I've checked out some of the more accessible rubber elbows and I've got a feeling that they could be glued on to the vacuum pipes or something as they seem to be well attached to the pipes.
