SRS Light/ code 0085 S40-V40 2000

I just got my 2000 S40 with 75,000 miles back from the dealer because the SRS light was on. My wife handled this whole thing because she works in the city where the dealership is so I didn't get to talk to them and now they are closed. To make a long story short I was charged $107.25 to shut off the light. The repair order says found code 0085, cleaned connections, SRS light now off. What is code 0085, and why was it not covered under the 5 year unlimited mileage warranty. Thanks in advance.
