Diagnosing slight clicking/rotating sound from right front wheel 850 1997

I have a slight clicking coming from my driver's side front wheel that is speed related. I can only hear it at low speeds since more wind noise covers it up. It doesn't change when I use the brakes. Jacking up the car and spinning the wheel will also make it happen. It isn't very loud. What should I look for to fix? Or should I just ignore it since it isn't very loud?
