I've owned and been happy with both Bilsteins and (something no one has mentioned) Tokico fully adjustable gas shocks. I really really really liked the Tokico's - I had them on '93 RX7 R1, but I'm not sure if they're making an application for 850's/S70's yet.

You may want to look into them. They're roughly the same price as Bilstein's, but with the twist of a knob, you can go from teeth rattling tight to grandpa soft.
