Boge or Bilstein? 850 1993

Were they HD or the new TC, I bought a set TC and returned them (before installation) to IPD because the comments were they were toooooooo hard. I like the Boge, but the fronts are only two year warranty, let me know what you think.
Do you know of any lifetime warranty struts/shocks for the 1995 850 turbo for a firm but comfort ride?
