Removal of Steering Rod 850 1995

Hi Friends,

I am trying to remove the steering rod (passenger side) of my 1995 850 Turbo and cannot unscrew it from the steering mechanism. Does anyone know the trick, since both the steering rod and the rack assembly are round, with no flat parts to apply a wrench to. The part is not easily accessible for large vise-grips. Hmmm.........

The person who knows the answer wins an all expense trip to Mogadishu.
