Door Large Dent

My dent is beyond magnetic dent repair. A lady on a van hit the drivers side rear door twice while parking. I took the car to the shop last night and I asked a lot of questions. They showed me how this is done. The skin on the door is press crimped and glued all around the egdes with Volvo glue and skin, then spot welded on four areas just like factory does. The Volvo skin comes flat on the edges and already treated for perfect fit. Based on my limited knowledge about this matter, but seing the kind of equipment and other kinds of cars repaired at this shop, it looks to me that they know what they are doing. The lady's insurance company is taking care of everything including a car rental.

They are charging the insurance company $980 for the job. This does not include the door outside trim which was not affected.
