Driver door seal 850 1995

The driver's door on my GLT sedan (71k) makes a significant "rushing" sound after I hit 50 to 55 mph. It almost sounds like static on the radio, but it is definitely coming from the door seal. It's very annoying. The passenger side is silent as expected.

Has anyone else had this problem? IS this an early sign of the hinge failing? Is there an easy DIY fix (like changing the rubber seal)? What would a dealer charge to return my sedan to its original noise level?

Your help is greatly appreciated.
